SIGN UP NOW FOR THE BIG DRAW 2008!

Thanks to your support, drawing is enjoying a renaissance. Please register your organisation today, if you have not already done so. We need your exciting ideas for October 2008 NOW! All our resources are online on the Big Draw resources page: up-to-date advice on funding and local press, planning activities, co-ordinating events, documentation and evaluation, and suggestions for drawing differently. The Big Draw and Campaign for Drawing logos and templates for your promotional materials are on the same page.

Reach Out RCA at Cardinal Pool School, Hackney Big Draw 2007

Crazy croquet played with paint-dipped tennis balls flying across rolls of paper was one of the imaginative ways in which Big Draw organisers engaged visitors last year. What will you do? If you haven’t decided on a theme, why not choose one of ours? Doves for Peace is a Save the Children initiative and your involvement will help raise funds to enable children in conflict-affected regions to attend school. The Big Picture Party, in partnership with the Campaign for Learning and Booktrust, offers many ideas for promoting picture books to families in libraries and other community spaces. Visit our Suggested themes page for details of these and other 2008 initiatives.
